Who I am

This website is operated by Tyler Jensen. I use this site to introduce myself to business owners who may be considering a transition. The site address is tylerwjensen.com.

What information I collect

If you fill out the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, and any information you include in the message field. This information is submitted voluntarily by you.

I do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may collect basic analytics data such as page views and visitor counts. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you.

How I use your information

I use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and to have a conversation about your business. I will not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with any third party.

Who I share your information with

I do not share your personal information with anyone. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a form handling service, which transmits your message to my email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy governs their handling of data in transit.

How long I keep your information

Contact form submissions are retained in my email inbox indefinitely as part of normal business correspondence. If you would like me to delete our correspondence, email me at tyler@tylerwjensen.com and I will do so.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information I hold about you at any time by emailing tyler@tylerwjensen.com.
